no good

today I am 19 years 1 month 1 day old.

I can't sleep because my tummy aches and I'm having slight migraines
I went to the doc today.

I have gastric because I ate too much.
and ate too little at the same time.

I guess it's enough of break,
and off to my routine Ashtangas.

Being sick really sucks.
I can't do anything!!
